What to Expect

Once you book your appointment, here is what happens next.

Confirmation Email

Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email from JaneApp with your session details.

Intake Forms

Before your first session, you will be asked to complete intake forms through the JaneApp portal.

Session Link

You will receive a video link before your appointment. Just click to join at your scheduled time.

Cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the session fee.
