I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also hold a Gottman Method Level 1 Certificate.
But modalities are only useful if they are applied in ways that make sense for you. I adapt my approach based on what you are working through and what fits. If a tool is not working, I want to know. Sessions are collaborative, not prescriptive.
My style is direct, honest, and practical. I challenge patterns respectfully. I offer structure and accountability. And I make sure you leave every session with something you can use.
